|Q: What is your return policy?|
|A: Item must be returned within-14 Days of receipt. Refund is issued as money back and are given when items are returned to us. Pre-authorization is required and ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns or exchanges. All battery items will be given a 50% refund- as we will replace the batteries. All items must be in our possession within 7 days of return authorization in USA 15 for orders out of USA-or there will be a 50% restocking fee instead of the 20% and all battery items will not be refunded. Any battery item that has non-replaceable batteries will not be allowed to returned. THERE IS NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES. Any order returned by Postal or UPS for non pickup or bad address or refused will be treated as a return and all shipping and return fees will apply. On UPS Shipping a refusal causes a double charge in shipping as they charge the shipping and then charge the shipping back. Less the 20% return fee incurred. An RA# will be given for return by email.|
|Q: Can I ship to a different address other than the billing address?|
|A: Yes. During checkout, you can add your ship to address by clicking the Change Address button-Please give us a Phone number if going by UPS.|
|Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?|
A: All items are shipped as soon as possible and delivered 7-10 days from payment. All out of USA orders can take from 14-45 days. We ship with Postal and UPS and posted shipping can change from what is marked on invoice. Some items alone can be sent Postal but when combined UPS is a safer shipping method.
Items may be split ship between shipping methods. Postal tracking only tells when sent and when delivered.
|A: All shipping is combined at checkout. We cannot offer any Over Night or expedited shipping other than listed shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days of final payment. Only listed shipping methods are offered in the checkout process and can change. Some items are shipped by Dimensional weight, size of box over the weight and some items shipping can change from expected way. Such as-- requested send USPS Priority and may go First Class if it is the same shipping times for small items-or to ship some items safer we may use UPS over USPS or vice versa. We do know our products and the safest way to ship them. The price will not change if we switch shipping methods. USPS claims 2-3 days on Priority but it is not guaranteed-use your own discretion.|
|Q: Do you ship internationally?|
|A: Yes we do-BUT we do not ship to any countries in Africa and a few others at our discretion-we will immediately refund any sales to countries we do not ship to. All of our electric lights items are based on North American standards and to use elsewhere a converter is needed. Buyers are responsible for their Country's duty charges. Some items cannot be shipped to other countries as they do not meet their standards. Contact us to see if we ship to your country otherwise we will refund and cancel any countries we do not ship to.|
|Q: How can I contact you?|
