SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS PAGE:
Six Star Sales is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund with caveats below. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
*Item must be returned within-14 Days of receipt. Refund is Money Back. Refunds are given when items are returned to us-in original packaging and working order. Pre-authorization and ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKING with a 20% restocking fee- unless there is a defect, which will be determmined on return. All battery items will not be allowed to return. All items must be in our possession with 7 days of return authorization-or there will be a 50% restocking fee instead of the 25% and all battery items will NOPT be refunded. THERE IS NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES.All orders out of Continenetal USA we will have the option to replace or refund and damaged verified items rather than sending a replacement.
Customs Customs may be due in shipments delivered out of USA. Six Star Sales has no control nor know any fees associated with this. It is the taxes due in the home country of the receiver on orders. It is the receiver rsponsibilities to pay, Six Star Sales cannot collect for this.
